Jim was friendly, helpful, knowledgable,
eager to assist, and completely professional. I put in an offer on the first place I looked at, he had the papers ready for signing, and post-signing, had them off to the sellers' agent within the
same day. Then, when I decided not to counter and wanted to look at another place within the same neighborhood, he met me there within two hours, DESPITE it being a weekend and living a good distance
away. When I said I wanted it that day, he again had the papers ready quickly, was on the phone with the sellers all evening (again, bear in mind that this was a Saturday) until 10 pm, and told me on
Sunday morning it was a go. Since it was my first time even attempting to buy a home, his contacts were a godsend. He personally recommended every one from the mortgage broker to the home inspector
to the title agency and gave completely detailed honest and helpful reasons as to why he recommended them. I asked for closing within 30 days and he delivered and exceeded expectations. I really
can't recommend him enough.
